Lumu is looking for a Video Producer and Motion Designer to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate would be a great storyteller who can create and animate engaging videos. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and developing awesome videos for campaigns, events, social media, interviews, and websites. Fully Remote work culture.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating and producing videos from concept to reality, including product demos, case studies, educational and informational videos.
- Shoot video of the highest quality and the appropriate format for digital platforms
- Edit material to the highest standards and required formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns for multiple channels.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to deliver high-quality creatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4 years of proven video producer experience.
- Proven experience in filming, editing, and animating digital videos to a high standard.
- Demonstrable creative approach and innovation to both idea generation and problem-solving.
- Ability to provide creative direction and assist with storyboarding, concept generation and script writing.
- Experience with and knowledge of video editing software and motion graphics.
- Great sense of pacing and timing.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are highly desirable.
- Experience shooting and editing video content for social media including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Experience in producing and editing video content that has been shot remotely.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish (Professional proficiency required for internal collaboration).
- Excellent communication skills.
