Lumu Technologies is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the Customer Care Specialist will include a broad range of tasks such as responding effectively to customer concerns or requirements, diagnose in the first instance the cause of any product issue and provide effective follow-up to support cases.
In this role, you will draw on your strong technical aptitude. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new environments, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Care Specialist should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow Lumu’s customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Monitoring the health of the customer collectors.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Operate the helpdesk platform.
- Generate effective reports in order to analyze the customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provided feedback about customer experience to the product team and CSM team.
