Business Development Manager – Central America And Caribbean

Responsibilities:

  • Developed and maintained excellent customer relationships, converting free users to paying clients through our Continuous Compromise Assessment service.
  • Utilize a mix of traditional and product-led growth sales strategies to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strategically map out and target your designated territory to maximize Lumu’s ROI.
  • Collaborate with resellers and alliances, aligning go-to-market strategies and forging strong partnerships.
  • Master and demonstrate the Lumu experience to clients and prospects.
  • Efficiently manage key accounts and partnerships to exceed sales quotas.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted cybersecurity consultant and strategist in your territory.
  • Develop innovative strategies to shorten sales cycles and elevate customers to Lumu’s paid offerings.
  • Work closely with the channel sales team in client visits, demonstrations, training, and technical advice.
  •  Support the implementation of new sales processes and management dynamics for efficiency and transparency.
  • Business acumen and adaptability in hyper-growth scenarios.
  • Effectively evolve sales qualified leads (SQLs).

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of success in cybersecurity technology sales or presales, with substantial technical knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network protection systems (firewall, IDS/IPS, antivirus), and cloud security.
  • Experience in infrastructure, networks, and various aspects of computer security.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, and comfortable with remote meetings.
  • Familiarity with computing and cybersecurity operations (SOCs, SIEMs, EDR, NDR, XDR, MDR, and NAV solutions).
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, decision-making, problem-solving mindset, focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Passionate about technology and adaptable to dynamic business changes.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales tools and methodologies.
